The Shannon County Collector's Office is currently accepting applications for the Senior Citizen Tax Credit; Senate Bill 190, Senate Bill 756, and 137.1050, RSMO. Below is a copy of what the credit application looks like and the requirements for the tax credit. Also attached is the link to the Shannon County website for your convenience, to print a copy. This credit is available to anyone 62 years of age and older and only on their primary residence. The deadline to have this application turned into the Collector’s Office is May 31, 2025.  We have several locations where you can obtain the Tax Credit Application, they are listed below.
